Error Recovery Properties and Soft Decoding of Quasi-Arithmetic Codes
This paper first introduces a new set of aggregated state models for soft-input decoding of quasi arithmetic (QA) codes with a termination constraint. The decoding complexity with these models is linear with the sequence length. The aggregation parameter

Recovery of continuous functions from their Fourier coefficients known with error
The problem of optimal recovery is considered for functions from their Fourier coefficients known with error. In a more general statement, this problem for the classes of smooth and atalytic functions defined on various compact manifolds can be found in

A Production Prediction Method for Shale Gas Wells Based on Multiple Regression
The estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) of a single shale gas well is one of the important evaluation indicators for the scale and benefit development of shale gas, which is affected by many factors such as geological and engineering, so its accurate ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Hamming Compressed Sensing [PDF]
Compressed sensing (CS) and 1-bit CS cannot directly recover quantized signals and require time consuming recovery. In this paper, we introduce \textit{Hamming compressed sensing} (HCS) that directly recovers a k-bit quantized signal of dimensional $n ...

Efficient feedback controllers for continuous-time quantum error correction
We present an efficient approach to continuous-time quantum error correction that extends the low-dimensional quantum filtering methodology developed by van Handel and Mabuchi [quant-ph/0511221 (2005)] to include error recovery operations in the form of ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.
