A hermite interpolated LUT for RF power amplifiers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Digital predistortion is one of the most widely used techniques to linearize a power amplifier (PA) to reduce the error vector magnitude (EVM) distortion and spectral regrowth.

Low power all-digital radio-over-fiber transmission for 28-GHz band using parallel electro-absorption modulators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
We present a low-power all-digital radio-over-fiber transmitter for beyond 28-GHz using sigma-delta modulation, a 140mW NRZ driver and parallel electro-absorption modulators. 5.25Gb/s (2.625Gb/s) 64-QAM is transported over 10-km SSMF at 1560nm with 7.6% (

Topological Berry Antenna on a Silicon Chip for Terahertz Wireless Communication

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, Volume 6, Issue 9, September 2025.
The on‐chip topological Berry antenna for 6G to Xth‐generation wireless communication is designed via integrating various Berry curvatures for an enhanced antenna aperture and radiation gain. This THz antenna has demonstrated a maximum gain of 17 dBi and chip‐to‐chip wireless communications at 20 Gbps over a distance of 15 cm.

Assessment of Transient EMI Impact on LTE Communications Using EVM & PAPR

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
The brief contact losses between the pantograph and the catenary in high-speed trains create transient interferences, which extend to the frequency bands used by telecommunication systems.

Design and Characterization of MSAP‐Fabricated Sub‐THz Frequency Selective Surface by Bench‐Top Optoelectronic Measurement System

open access: yesMicrowave and Optical Technology Letters, Volume 67, Issue 9, September 2025.
ABSTRACT A low‐cost and compact benchtop using the off‐the‐shelf optoelectronic (OE) measurement system is presented which is built to measure the performance of a 160 GHz frequency selective surface (FSS). The system uses an optical heterodyne source to excite wireless signals through the ‐D‐band (110–170 GHz), and transmission magnitude is measured ...

Nonlinear multimode photonics on‐chip

open access: yesNanophotonics, Volume 14, Issue 15, Page 2507-2548, August 2025.
Abstract Nonlinear integrated photonics, which takes advantage of the strong field enhancement in integrated waveguides to boost the efficiency of nonlinear effects, has paved the way for the demonstration of cutting‐edge applications. These achievements have also been made possible by the impressive progress in material engineering and fabrication ...

Nonlinear limit of alternative method to 2 x 2 MIMO for LTE RoF system [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Owing to the limited cell size of eNodeB (eNB), the relay node has emerged as an attractive solution for the long-term evolution (LTE) system. The nonlinear limit of the alternative method to multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) based on frequency ...

Population Pharmacokinetics of Fruquintinib, a Selective Oral Inhibitor of VEGFR ‐1, ‐2, and ‐3, in Patients with Refractory Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesThe Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Volume 65, Issue 7, Page 873-884, July 2025.
Abstract Fruquintinib is a selective, oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor of all three vascular endothelial growth factor receptors 1, 2, and 3, which is approved for patients with previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer regardless of biomarker status. This population pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis characterized sources of interpatient variability on

Magnetic‐Field Induced Charge Accumulation in Scalable Magnetoelectric PVDF‐TrFE/Ni Composite Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, Volume 4, Issue 6, June 2025.
This study reports strong magnetoelectric effects in PVDF‐TrFE/Ni bilayer composites. Direct measurements of charge accumulation reveal high induced polarization, corresponding to open circuit voltages of 75 mV. Finite element simulations are in good agreement with experiments and demonstrate device scalability.
