ABSTRACT Tectonic processes play a key role in the global mercury (Hg) cycle on geological timescales, by mobilising Hg from deep Earth reservoirs to the surface. These natural fluxes also introduce a dynamic component to the terrestrial Hg cycle that can interact with other environmental signals and influence Hg delivery to sedimentary records.

Successful Co‐Administration of Secukinumab and Dupilumab in a Patient With Psoriasis and Paradoxical Atopic Dermatitis

ABSTRACT Paradoxical atopic dermatitis (AD) can arise during biologic therapy for psoriasis due to an immune‐axis imbalance. We describe a 47‐year‐old man who developed severe AD while receiving secukinumab, which was successfully managed with the addition of dupilumab, allowing long‐term control of both diseases.
