A Rare Case of Pseudoglucagonoma Syndrome Masquerading as Necrolytic Migratory Erythema
Necrolytic migratory erythema (NME) is pathognomonic of glucagonoma syndrome associated with pancreatic neoplasm. Pseudoglucagonoma syndrome, which is extremely rare, refers to NME without a glucagon-secreting tumor.
