αPD‐1 therapy has left an indelible mark in the field of NSCLC treatment; however, its efficacy is limited in clinical practice owing to the effector T‐cell exhaustion. These findings underscore CK2B as a promising target for overcoming the exhaustion of effector CD8+ T cells, thereby enhancing the efficacy of αPD‐1 and adoptive cell therapies in NSCLC.

NETs‐CD44‐IL‐17A Feedback Loop Drives Th17‐Mediated Inflammation in Behçet's Uveitis
In experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU), neutrophils interact with T helper 17 (Th17) cells through neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) to exert a pro‐inflammatory effect. In vitro and in vivo experiments identify that NETs promote IL‐17A secretion in Th17 cells via CD44, and increasing IL‐17A further induces more NETs formation.

This study presents a novel polyphenol‐nanozyme‐armored probiotic system (ECA@EcN) for enhanced treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). By integrating chitosan‐modified epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG‐CS) with gold nanozymes, the system effectively scavenges ROS, improves probiotic viability, and restores gut microbiota balance.

NRAS mutations are widespread in hematologic malignancies. Our study shows that GOLGA7 serves as a safe and effective therapeutic target for NRAS‐driven leukemia. Loss of Golga7 in adult mice effectively suppresses NrasG12D‐driven myeloproliferative neoplasm by disrupting its PM localization and impairing subsequent MAPK signaling, without affecting ...

High Fat Low Carbohydrate Diet Is Linked to CNS Autoimmunity Protection
Mapping global epidemiological data to macronutrient supply reveals high carbohydrate, in contrast to high fat supply, associates with increased multiple sclerosis (MS) prevalence and incidence. This is confirmed in a mouse MS model, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), using isocaloric diets: a high carbohydrate diet aggravates, a high ...
