A Holographic Sensor‐Integrated Deep Learning Framework for Noninvasive Assessment of Stored Red Blood Cell Quality

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.
A holographic sensing‐integrated deep learning platform enables real‐time, label‐free assessment of red blood cell (RBC) quality during storage. By combining diffusion model‐based data augmentation and self‐supervised pretraining, the framework achieves high segmentation accuracy with minimal data.

Gallium β‐Cyclodextrin Nanoparticles Containing both Gallium Protoporphyrin and Gallium Nitrate Exhibit Antimicrobial Activity against Nontuberculous Mycobacteria in Vitro and in Vivo

open access: yesAdvanced Therapeutics, EarlyView.
Cyclodextrin nanoparticle containing both Ga(NO3)3 and GaPP is synthesized and tested against non‐tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM). The in vivo efficacy of the nanoparticle therapy is additionally tested by treating pulmonary NTM infections in mice and observed much greater effectiveness in bacterial clearance and survival of mice.

Multiomics Analyses Reveal an Essential Role of Tryptophan in Treatment of csDMARDs in Rheumatoid Arthritis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease characterized by joint inflammation. Approximately 50% of patients show insufficient response to traditional synthetic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drugs. This study aims to elucidate differential molecular profiles of the mechanisms underlying drug responses through multi‐omics strategy.

M2 Macrophages are Major Mediators of Germline Risk of Endometriosis and Explain Pleiotropy With Comorbid Traits

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Genes associated with endometriosis risk are highly expressed in M2 macrophages, particularly ligands IL1A and IL1B. Endometrial‐type epithelium and stroma are likely recipients of these ligands. While IL1B treatment disturbs epithelial organization, blockage of the signaling results in a dose‐dependent decrease in spontanesous and evoked pain, reduces
