DDX21 Promotes Breast Cancer Growth and Metastasis via Stimulating RNAPII Elongation During Hypoxia
DDX21 triggers CDK9 release from the 7SK RNP complex. DDX21‐CDK9 binding to HIFs drives transcriptional reprogramming during hypoxia. DDX21 enhances breast cancer progression and metastasis. Elevated DDX21 expression correlates with poor prognosis in breast cancer patients.

ABSTRACT Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of porcine complement receptor 1‐like (CR1‐like) gene and its mRNA expression. Methods SNP identification, qRT‐PCR absolute quantification, linkage disequilibrium analysis and dual‐luciferase reporter assay were performed using 392 ...

ABSTRACT Antinutrients like phytic acid and oxalates reduce mineral bioavailability by forming insoluble complexes with iron, zinc, and calcium. Probiotic supplementation may counteract these effects through enzymatic activity (e.g., phytase, oxalate decarboxylase) and microbiota modulation. This PRISMA‐based meta‐analysis evaluated 27 in vivo studies (
