Nonviral Gold Nanoparticle‐Mediated Delivery of CRISPR‐Cas9 Ribonucleoprotein and Long DNA Transgenes Into Primary Blood Cells

We propose a nonviral gold‐nanoparticle platform for co‐delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoprotein and long 2.1 kilobase dsDNA transgene constructs.
