Carnap Sentences and the Newman Problem [PDF]
In this paper I discuss the Newman problem in the context of contemporary epistemic structural realism (ESR). I formulate Newman’s objection in terms that apply to today’s ESR and then evaluate a defence of ESR based on

Magnetic Studies of End-Chain Spin Effects in the Haldane Gap Material Ni(C3H10N2)2N3(ClO4)
Electron spin resonance (ESR), at 9, 94, and 190 GHz, and magnetization studies on polycrystalline, powder, and ultrafine powder samples of Ni(C3H10N2)2N3(ClO4) (NINAZ) have revealed several effects arising from the Haldane phase.

An iron‐based nanozyme selectively eliminates intratumoral P. anaerobius while catalytically generating ROS to induce ferroptosis, synergistically suppressing colorectal cancer growth and activating anti‐tumor immunity through immunogenic cell death. ABSTRACT The intratumoral microbiota is a critical determinant of therapeutic outcomes in colorectal ...

This study employs sc‐RNA sequencing, genetics, and phenotyping to systematically map the cell‐type‐specific immune responses triggered by flg22. It reveals FLS2‐dependent transcriptional reprogramming in epidermal and mesophyll cells, and uncovers crosstalk between immune and hypoxia signaling pathways.

Collapse of the $Gd^{3+}$ ESR fine structure throughout the coherent temperature of the Gd-doped Kondo Semiconductor $CeFe_{4}P_{12}$ [PDF]
Experiments on the $Gd^{3+}$ Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) in the filled skutterudite $Ce_{1-x}Gd_{x}Fe_{4}P_{12}$ ($x \approx 0.001$), at temperatures where the host resistivity manifests a smooth insulator-metal crossover, provides evidence of the ...

TRF enriches Ruminococcus, a bacterial genus producing SCFAs, and activates the epithelial HIF‐1α signaling pathway. This mechanism protects the colonic mucosa from inflammatory insults in colitis models. Mechanistically, gut lactate production during starvation and refeeding mediates H4K12la, which increases SLC9A3 expression and creates an acidic gut
