A Catalytic Osmium Redox Couple Collapses Cancer Redox Balance
A stable Os(III)/Os(IV) redox couple is developed to disrupt the tumor cell redox balance by concurrently catalyzing ROS generation and GSH depletion. Osmium‐treated cells exhibit multiple cell death pathways, including apoptosis, ferroptosis, and immunogenic cell death.

An electrochemical platform based on differential pulse amperometry enables real‐time, selective tracking of safinamide pharmacokinetics in the living brain with high spatiotemporal resolution. When integrated with electrophysiology, this approach reveals that drug‐induced suppression of vision‐related neuronal activity provides mechanistic insight ...

Association of Estimated Glucose Disposal Rate and Risk of Lung Cancer: A Cross-sectional Study
Abstract Background: Insulin resistance (IR) is implicated in oncogenesis. The estimated glucose disposal rate (eGDR), a novel non-insulin-based marker, demonstrates high accuracy in assessing IR. This study aimed to investigate the association between eGDR and lung cancer risk.

A multifunctional β‐GP@EGCG‐E7 nanoplatform is engineered by polyphenol–peptide condensation and phosphate loading. Bone‐targeted delivery, antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory activity, and mitophagy restoration are integrated in one system, enabling protection of osteoblasts and endothelial cells and promoting bone regeneration under diabetic ...

Lactational lactoferrin deficiency exerts lasting effects on epididymal adipose tissue development from lactation into adulthood: it impairs adipocyte hyperplasia and induces pathological hypertrophy, resulting in lower body weight yet exacerbated metabolic dysfunction under a high‐fat diet in adulthood.
