Individual bird identification by modelling temporal structure in bioacoustic embeddings
Abstract Identifying individual animals from vocalizations is an emerging research area in computational bioacoustics. This non‐invasive approach reduces reliance on physical capture and tagging for wildlife monitoring. Recent advances in this area leverage deep learning and bioacoustic foundation models adapted from species‐level classifiers. However,

Dung beetles suppressed cumulative methane flux from cattle dung by 85% and reduced total greenhouse gas emissions by 18%. Beetle activity accelerated initial CO2 release but did not alter total cumulative flux. N2O and NH3 fluxes were transient and not consistently driven by beetle presence.

Renaissance of the Trinitarian: Erwin Schadel's Integral Perspective
Abstract Erwin Schadel (1946–2016), a central yet little‐known figure of the so‐called Bamberg School, developed a distinctive triadic ontology that deserves attention within the contemporary renaissance of Trinitarian thought. Drawing on Augustinian and Comenian sources, Schadel articulates a relational grammar of being through the categories of in ...

Estudio comparativo de métodos no-lineales para el análisis de series temporales caóticas
The complexity of real-world systems often makes impossible to model their dynamical evolution. For this reason, currently many efforts are devoted to predict a complex system's future behavior from its database record. In particular, for chaotic systems this dynamical reconstruction requieres nonlinear methods of time-series analysis.
