Multiple switches between GP2015, an etanercept biosimilar, with originator product do not impact efficacy, safety and immunogenicity in patients with chronic plaque‐type psoriasis: 30‐week results from the phase 3, confirmatory EGALITY study

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, 2017
EGALITY was a phase III confirmatory efficacy and safety study conducted in patients with plaque‐type psoriasis as a part of totality of evidence gathered during the development of GP2015, an etanercept biosimilar.

Peripheral Etanercept Administration Normalizes Behavior, Hippocampal Neurogenesis, and Hippocampal Reelin and GABAA Receptor Expression in a Preclinical Model of Depression

open access: yesFrontiers in Pharmacology, 2018
Depression is a serious psychiatric disorder frequently comorbid with autoimmune disorders. Previous work in our lab has demonstrated that repeated corticosterone (CORT) injections in rats reliably increase depressive-like behavior, impair hippocampal ...

Multiomics Analyses Reveal an Essential Role of Tryptophan in Treatment of csDMARDs in Rheumatoid Arthritis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease characterized by joint inflammation. Approximately 50% of patients show insufficient response to traditional synthetic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drugs. This study aims to elucidate differential molecular profiles of the mechanisms underlying drug responses through multi‐omics strategy.

Population‐Based Multi‐Omics and Cohort Study Identifying Predictive Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Psoriatic Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Psoriatic disease (PsD) is a chronic skin disease, with challenges in early risk stratification and drug development. Through gene‐level causal inference framework and expression level validation, combined with longitudinal cohort study, CDSN and PRSS8 have been identified as candidate biomarkers and therapeutic targets for PsD.

Adropin modulates pancreatic cell proliferation and glutathione levels in an animal model of type 1 diabetes mellitus

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.
Adropin is related to the energy homeostasis‐associated gene. It significantly increased glutathione reductase enzyme levels in the pancreas of experimental diabetic rats. Adropin may reduce the severity of diabetes and its complications. Cell proliferation in the exocrine is reduced after the administration of adropin.

High Levels of Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha Reduce Placental Aquaporin 3 Expression and Impair in vitro Trophoblastic Cell Migration

open access: yesFrontiers in Physiology, 2021
Placentas from preeclamptic women display augmented tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) levels with reduced expression of aquaporin 3 (AQP3). However, whether TNF-α modulates AQP3 expression remains to be elucidated.
