GSH‐Responsive Nanoparticles Enhance Hepatocellular Carcinoma Immunotherapy Through Synergistic Effects of Cuproptosis and PI3K Inhibitor Combination

ABSTRACT Cuproptosis, an emerging form of programmed cell death, is capable of inducing mitochondrial dysfunction. Moreover, the PI3K‐AKT‐mTOR signaling pathway contributes to tumor cell progression by reprogramming mitochondrial morphology and function.

Interactions of Antibody Drug Conjugate Anti‐Tubulin and Topoisomerase I Inhibitor Payloads with Radiotherapy to Potentiate Immunotherapy

Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting. The released drug payloads induce cellular changes that interact with radiotherapy resulting in radiosensitization that improves cancer cell kill and stimulates anti‐tumor immune responses.

Conformable Microelectrode Arrays Integrated with a Scoop‐Shaped Slide‐Well for Dynamic Electrophysiological Profiling of Patient‐Derived Cardiac Organoids

A flexible, ultrathin multi‐channel microelectrode array (MEA) conformally integrated onto a curved slide‐well enables stable electrical interfacing with 3D cardiac organoids. The geometry‐guided self‐alignment allows simultaneous recording of extracellular field potentials and contractile motion from irregular, beating tissues.

De Novo Design and Directed Evolution Refinement of Mirror‐Image Protein Binders Targeting Interleukin‐4

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents the de novo design and directed evolution of a mirror‐image D‐protein inhibitor targeting human interleukin‐4 (IL‐4). The engineered molecule exhibits nanomolar binding affinity for IL‐4 and effectively inhibits IL‐4–mediated signaling.
