Pg releases OMVs which contain Pg genomic DNA. The Pg OMVs‐associated DNA is incorporated into astrocytes via endocytosis and increases IL‐6 mRNA expression via TLR9. These effects of Pg OMVs may induce neuroinflammation, which could contribute to the onset and progression of AD in periodontal disease.

ASSOCIATED ANISOTROPY DECAY OF ETHIDIUM BROMIDE INTERACTING WITH DNA
Ethidium Bromide (EB) is a commonly used dye in a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) study. Upon an intercalation, this dye significantly increases its brightness and lifetime.

Abstract INTRODUCTION In frontotemporal dementia (FTD), tau detaches from axonal microtubules and forms pathological aggregates. Rather than stabilizing microtubules, tau promotes labile microtubule domains, redefining its role in neurodegeneration and underscoring the need for human models that capture temporal disease progression.

ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by the loss or dysfunction of insulin‐producing beta (β) cells. Adipose‐derived stem cells (ADSCs) represent a promising source for generating functional insulin‐producing β cells due to their accessibility and differentiation potential.
