This study investigated clinical, histopathologic, and symptomatic differences between odontogenic sinusitis patients with high versus low radiographic burden. High radiographic burden disease was associated with older age and increased tissue inflammation, while significant postoperative symptom improvement was only observed in the high‐burden cohort.

AI‐Enabled Mucus Segmentation in Nasal Endoscopy with State Space and Attention‐Based Modeling
We developed SUM‐MucusNet, an artificial intelligence system for reliable mucus segmentation in nasal endoscopy, designed to overcome challenges from poor image quality and illumination artifacts.
