Ethmoid sinus mucocele with orbital involvement: report of two cases
Mucoceles are slowly expanding, chronic, cystic lesions. They are caused by obstruction of the sinus ostea, however etiology is not clear. The majority of the cases occur in the frontal sinus followed by the ethmoid, maxillary and sphenoid sinuses.
