Thermal Stabilization of Chitosan Yarn for Carbon Fiber Production
Journal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 13, April 5, 2026.This study explores chitosan, a biopolymer derived from chitin, as a renewable precursor for carbon fiber production. The authors demonstrate that chitosan fibers can be successfully stabilized under controlled thermal conditions in air and nitrogen.

Eine globale Erwärmung von 2,7 °C, auf die wir aktuell zusteuern, würde die Arktis bis zur Unkenntlichkeit verändern.
