ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship between corporate environmental performance (CEP) and corporate financial performance (CFP) under China's evolving environmental policy regime. Using a panel dataset of 1,312 Chinese A‐share listed firms from 2010 to 2023, we find a significant negative association between CEP and CFP.

On Metal Carbonyl Compounds in Catalytic Methanol Synthesis: Detection, Consequences, and Removal
Deactivation of Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts by metal carbonyl compounds in the feed gas is a critical problem in catalytic methanol synthesis. We utilize PTR–MS to identify potential chemical sources, detect contamination in an in‐house CO gas line, and validate filter methods for removing these catalyst poisons before synthesis.
