Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, 1972 AbstractEucalyptol increases the microsomal activity of rat liver after a single dose given subcutaneously. Further doses do not enhance the effect. Eucalyptol does not affect the concentration of cytochrome P450 in liver microsomes. In this it differs from pheno- barbitone.
