Термоинактивация alpha-l-рамнозидазы Eupenicillium erubescens

open access: yesBiotechnologia Acta, 2014
The study of the features of thermal inactivation of -L-rhamnosidase from Eupenicillium erubescens aiming to develop further strategies for improving the stability of the enzyme was the purpose of the research. Two forms of -L-rhamnosidase were studied. They were obtained by producer cultivation on two different carbon sources (rhamnose and naringin).

Molecular organization of the mating-type loci in the homothallic Ascomycete Eupenicillium crustaceum

open access: yesFungal Biology, 2011
Eupenicillium species are the teleomorphic (sexual) forms of anamorphic (asexual) members of the genus Penicillium, which contains many species of industrial importance. Here we describe the first molecular analysis of the mating-type (MAT) locus from a homothallic (self-fertile) Eupenicillium species, E. crustaceum.

Mangrove rhizosphere soils: a unique natural source of pravastatin-producing Penicillium microfungi [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
The pravastatin-producing potential of rhizosphere soil microorganisms from mangrove forests has not been investigated in detail. In this study, a total of 20 Penicillium isolates were tested for pravastatin production.
