Caregiver Burden at the Onset of Acute Hospital‐At‐Home
Among 125 caregivers assessed within 48 h of acute Hospital‐at‐Home (HaH) admission, 61.6% had high burden—nearly all with prior caregiving experience. Perceived social support and resilience were independently associated with lower odds of high burden, identifying psychosocial resources as key targets for caregiver screening at HaH onset.
