洋桔梗為近幾年來快速發展外銷的切花,現有品種多為歐洲及日本種苗公司所育成,耐熱性較差且容易發生簇生化(Rosette),因此研發本土耐熱性高的品種為洋桔梗產業發展急需解決的問題。洋桔梗為常異交作物,以種子繁殖,單果種子量多,因此為提高經濟產值,育種策略是以異交作物育種程序方式進行,生產雜交一代品種(F1)。育種程序由引種評估其對本地環境之適應性,選擇具有高溫不易簇生化,花色表現優良的品系,以自交純化及雜交分離後代選拔純化兩種方法,經數代純化之後,再將具有目標性狀之兩自交系進行試交 ...
