A polyelectrolyte complex‐based sorbent is produced by scalable, environmentally benign aqueous phase inversion. Its porous, LiCl‐ and GO‐integrated architecture enables hourly adsorption−desorption cycles at low relative humidity (RH < 30%). A large‐scale prototype achieves multicyclic, solar‐driven atmospheric water harvesting of 1.37 L kg−1 day−1 ...

Simulating hospital evacuation
In hospitals, evacuation of those with severe movement impairments can be highly problematic – for the patients, for the staff and for the other evacuees. It is critical to understand the performance of horizontal and vertical evacuation strategies, including the means by which people with reduced mobility can be assisted in stair descent.

An Engineered Living Material With Pro‐Angiogenic Activity Inducible by Near‐Infrared Light
NIR‐responsive engineered living materials (ELMs) for controlled angiogenesis: Near‐infrared (800 nm) light activates engineered probiotic bacteria within alginate‐based living materials to secrete a blood vessel‐regenerating protein. The released protein promotes pro‐angiogenic effects in endothelial networks and chick chorioallantoic membranes.
