FGFR Inhibitor AZD4547 Disrupts Inflammatory CAF Crosstalk With Cancer Cells and Macrophages and Attenuates Metastasis in Pancreatic Cancer

This study demonstrates that FGFR‐targeted inhibition by AZD4547 in inflammatory cancer‐associated fibroblasts (iCAFs) intervenes into the tumor–stroma crosstalk. AZD4547 blocks IL‐1α–induced differentiation of pancreatic stellate cells into iCAFs, impairing iCAF‐driven tumor cell differentiation, migration, and M2 macrophage polarization. Consequently,
