Spectrum assignment results for exactly controllable pairs of operators proved by \textit{K. Takahashi} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 104, 537-545 (1984; Zbl 0588.93014)] are made more precise by exhibiting the continuous dependence on the parameters involved.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
