Parton branching at amplitude level

open access: yes, 2019
We present an algorithm that evolves hard processes at the amplitude level by dressing them iteratively with (massless) quarks and gluons. The algorithm interleaves collinear emissions with soft emissions and includes Coulomb/Glauber exchanges.

Function‐driven design of a surrogate interleukin‐2 receptor ligand

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Interleukin (IL)‐2 signaling can be achieved and precisely fine‐tuned through the affinity, distance, and orientation of the heterodimeric receptors with their ligands. We designed a biased IL‐2 surrogate ligand that selectively promotes effector T and natural killer cell activation and differentiation. Interleukin (IL) receptors play a pivotal role in

Les sociétés jbala et la nature

open access: yesRevue d'ethnoécologie, 2017
This special issue, at the crossroads of ethnobotanical, linguistic and anthropological interdisciplinary approaches, reveals the modalities of interactions between men, nature and ‘otherness’ in the Jbala and the Rif regions, in Morocco.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Des ivoires et des œufs : réflexions sur l’interaction art/technologie dans le contexte orientalisant de la première moitié du Ier millénaire avant J.-C. en péninsule Ibérique

open access: yesMélanges de la Casa de Velázquez, 2013
Ivories and ostrich egg shells, exotic materials par excellence, have a central place in the exchanges that took place in the Mediterranean basin at the beginning of the 1st millennium.

How to End a Cold War

open access: yesКонцепт: философия, религия, культура, 2020
Histories of the end of the Cold War that have focused on the roles of the top leaders of the United States and the Soviet Union have neglected an important dimension of the ending of the antagonism between the West and the East. Before Ronald Reagan and

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Lyon. La fouille du Parc Saint-Georges : le mobilier céramique de l’Antiquité tardive

open access: yesRevue Archéologique de l’Est, 2007
The study of four pottery assemblages from the Parc Saint Georges site (Lyon) gives a rough layout of pottery evolution during the late Antiquity, more precisely between the middle of the 3rd and the beginning of the 5th century AD.

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
