ABSTRACT Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers, CH3O(CH2O)nCH3 with n ≥ 1 (abbreviated in the literature also as OME‐n, PODEn, POMDMEn, or OMDMEn) are currently discussed as renewable fuels. Despite fuel + OH reactions are crucial for the combustion chemistry and atmospheric degradation of fuels, experimental kinetic data on OME‐n + OH do not exist in the ...

Metastable Changes in the Dark Conductivity of Undoped and Carbon‐Doped β‐Ga2O3
Measurements of the electrical dark‐conductivity σD of undoped and carbon doped β‐Ga2O3 show a metastable increase of σD upon illumination with sub‐bandgap light by 6 orders of magnitude. This non‐equilibrium state relaxes slowly with time. In the relaxed state activated behavior is observed for T > 250 K while at low temperatures σD approaches a value

Summary Vitiligo is a common pigment disorder of the skin resulting in destruction of melanocytes. Non‐segmental vitiligo (NSV) is an autoimmune disorder. The etiopathogenesis of segmental vitiligo (SV) remains incompletely understood. Genetic predisposition and increased vulnerability of melanocytes towards stressors lead to a melanocyte‐specific CD8+
