Advanced Science, EarlyView.Hard carbon derived from templated poly(dicyclopentadiene) as anode for sodium–ion batteries was engineered through carbonization and second‐step CO2${\rm CO}_2$ activation. High‐temperature carbonization and activation increased local ordering while reducing defects without inducing structural fracture.

Model‐Based Time‐Modulated Write Algorithm for 1R Analog Memristive Crossbar Arrays
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.A novel model‐based time‐modulated write algorithm efficiently programs analog 1R memristive crossbar arrays by varying pulse duration at a fixed voltage. By leveraging a physics‐based compact model and a dynamic gain mechanism, this approach overcomes device nonlinearities and parasitic effects.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Metal oxide memristor devices typically suffer from uncontrolled forming processes and limited resistive switching uniformity due to the stochastic formation of an oxygen vacancy filament. Improved resistive switching uniformity in Ta2O5 memristor is developed by Cu implantation in the switching oxide.
