Methods for Detecting Cyclotron Maser Radio Emissions from Stars and Exoplanets
The Cyclotron Maser Instability (CMI) is a well-known mechanism responsible for auroral radio emissions from the Earth, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. These emissions occur at frequencies near or equal to the local electron cyclotron frequency, which is directly related to the local magnetic field strength.Corentin Louis +6 more

Understanding the Radial Velocity Method for Exoplanet Detection: A Simple and Detailed Guide
The Radial Velocity (RV) method is one of the most widely used techniques for discovering ex- oplanets. This paper presents a student-friendly, yet deep, explanation of the physical principles, mathematical foundations, observational techniques, and practical limitations of the method.openaire +2 more sources
