A MXene‐enhanced electrochemical sensor enables the rapid and direct detection of methamphetamine. A dual‐functional Nb2O5 modulation strategy is reported to overcome kinetic limitations in Ni‐rich cathodes. The formation of LiNbO3 phase at the grain boundary of the polycrystalline NCM9055 cathode preserves a radially aligned microstructure and establishes fast lithium‐ion pathways.
