Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Exponents of a class of special three-colored primitive digraphs with $ n $ vertices in graph theory
The exponent problems of the three-colored digraphs containing $ n $ vertices, one $ n $-cycle, one $ (n-3) $-cycle, and one $ 3 $-cycle are considered. According to the coloring of the $ 3 $-cycle, we only consider the case where there are zero red arcs,

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Continuity Results and Estimates for the Lyapunov Exponent of Brownian Motion in Random Potential [PDF]
We collect some applications of the variational formula established by Schr\"oder (1988) and Rue\ss (2013) for the quenched Lyapunov exponent of Brownian motion in stationary and ergodic nonnegative potential.

Aging‐associated physiological and molecular alterations pose significant challenges in cancer management among India's elderly. Limited geriatric oncology expertise, financial constraints, and inadequate specialized care exacerbate disparities. Strategic expansion of insurance coverage, integration of palliative care, and infrastructural advancements ...

Persistence probabilities \& exponents
This article deals with the asymptotic behaviour as $t\to +\infty$ of the survival function $P[T > t],$ where $T$ is the first passage time above a non negative level of a random process starting from zero. In many cases of physical significance, the behaviour is of the type $P[T > t]=t^{- + o(1)}$ for a known or unknown positive parameter ...

ABSTRACT Background Poststroke fatigue (PSF) and frailty share substantial overlap in their manifestations, yet previous research has yielded conflicting results due to the use of heterogeneous frailty assessment tools. Objective To evaluate the independent impact of frailty on PSF using a unified measurement system (Tilburg Frailty Indicator, TFI ...

Halo and spillover effect illustrations for selected beneficial medical devices and drugs
Background Negative news media reports regarding potential health hazards of implanted medical devices and pharmaceuticals can lead to a ‘negative halo effect,’ a phenomenon whereby judgments about a product or product type can be unconsciously altered ...
