Exponential convergence of adaptive identification and control algorithms

Automatica, 1981
Output and equation error adaptive identification algorithms are shown to be exponentially convergent under a deterministic or stochastic persistently exciting (or spanning) condition on the system inputs together with several other standard conditions.

FD-Method: the Exponential Rate of Convergence

Journal of Mathematical Sciences, 2001
In this article, we describe a functional -discrete method (FD-method) for solving operator equations and abstract eigenvalue problems. The algorithm of the method includes a recurrent solution of a sequence of problems with a fixed operator, which is ``simpler'' than the initial one, and a changing right-hand side.

Exponential Convergence of Delayed Neural Networks

2005
Several new conditions for exponential convergence of DNN were proposed in this paper. These conditions guarantee the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium of DNN with certain different activation functions. To demonstrate the differences and features of the new criteria, some remarks are presented.
