Interplay between RNA‐protein interactions and RNA structures in gene regulation
Methodological advances in mapping transcriptome‐wide RNA‐protein interactions and RNA structures have started to uncover the potential of RNP conformations in gene regulation. Competing RNA–RNA, RNA‐protein and protein–protein interactions shape the compaction and function of RNPs throughout their lifetime and may provide novel therapeutic targets in ...

It is well known that the duration of apnea is longer in static than in dynamic conditions, but the impact of exercise intensity on the apnea duration needs to be investigated.

INCOMPLETE EXPONENTIAL SUMS OVER EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS [PDF]
We extend some methods of bounding exponential sums of the type $\displaystyle\sum_{n\le N}e^{2 iag^n/p}$ to deal with the case when $g$ is not necessarily a primitive root. We also show some recent results of Shkredov concerning additive properties of multiplicative subgroups imply new bounds for the sums under consideration.

Thrombolytic proteins profiling: High‐throughput activity, selectivity, and resistance assays
We present optimized biochemical protocols for evaluating thrombolytic proteins, enabling rapid and robust screening of enzymatic activity, inhibition resistance, and fibrin affinity, stimulation, and selectivity. The outcome translates to key clinical indicators such as biological half‐life and bleeding risk. These assays streamline the development of

Three-Dimensional Dead-Reckoning Based on Lie Theory for Overcoming Approximation Errors
This paper proposes a dead-reckoning (DR) method for vehicles using Lie theory. This approach treats the pose (position and attitude) and velocity of the vehicle as elements of the Lie group SE2(3) and follows the computations based on Lie theory ...

AIMD algorithms and exponential functionals
The asymptotic behaviour of a connection transmitting packets into a network according to a general additive-increase multiplicative-decrease (AIMD) algorithm is investigated. The stationary properties of this algorithm are analyzed when the rate of occurrence of clumps (loss of packets) becomes arbitrary small.

Age‐Related Changes in Myeloid Cells and Their Impact on Subcutaneous Melanoma Growth in Mice
Our findings reveal that age‐related changes in subcutaneous melanoma growth and immunotherapy response are context‐dependent. In models where tumor growth and treatment resistance increase with age, this effect is partly driven by enhanced immunosuppression from myeloperoxidase‐active Gr‐1⁺ myeloid cells.

An approximation connected with the exponential function [PDF]
Some recent techniques in the uniform asymptotic expansions of integrals are used to obtain an expansion for a function related to the exponential function. This function is associated with Ramanujan, Watson, Copson, and Buckholtz. The results obtained complement those given by Buckholtz.

Objectives This study aims to develop hip morphology‐based radiographic hip osteoarthritis (RHOA) risk prediction models and investigates the added predictive value of hip morphology measurements and the generalizability to different populations. Methods We combined data from nine prospective cohort studies participating in the World COACH consortium ...
