Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.This article presents a photo‐responsive nanoparticle platform that precisely triggers copper‐dependent cuproptotic cell death in (drug‐resistant) cancer cells. Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.This work proposes a nanomedicine‐based strategy to enhance X‐ray radiotherapy for cancer treatment.
