Vertical and diagonal stripes in the extended Hubbard model [PDF]
AbstractWe extend previous real‐space Hartree–Fock studies of static stripe stability to determine the phase diagram of the Hubbard model with anisotropic nearest‐neighbor hopping t, by varying the on‐site Coulomb repulsion U and investigating locally stable structures for representative hole doping levels x = 1/8 and x = 1/6.

SUPERCONDUCTING COHERENT STATES FOR AN EXTENDED HUBBARD MODEL [PDF]
An extended Hubbard model with phonons is considered. q-coherent states relative to the superconducting quantum symmetry of the model are constructed and their properties studied. It is shown that they can have energy expectation lower than eigenstates constructed via conventional processes and that they exhibit ODLRO.

Phase diagram of a generalized Penson–Kolb–Hubbard chain with the occupation-dependent hopping
At half filling, we study analytically a one-dimensional correlated electronic system modeled by an extended Penson–Kolb–Hubbard (PKH) chain with the occupation-dependent hopping.

The one-dimensional extended Bose-Hubbard model [PDF]
We use the finite-size, density-matrix-renormalization-group(DMRG) method to obtain the zero-temperature phase diagram of the one-dimensional, extended Bose-Hubbard model, for mean boson densityρ = 1, in theU-V plane (U andV are respectively, onsite and nearest-neighbour repulsive interactions between bosons). The phase diagram includes superfluid (SF),

Kondo frustration via charge fluctuations: a route to Mott localisation
We propose a minimal effective impurity model that captures the phenomenology of the Mott–Hubbard metal–insulator transition of the half-filled Hubbard model on the Bethe lattice in infinite dimensions as observed by dynamical mean field theory (DMFT ...
