Twistor--like Formulation of the Supermembrane in D=11 $^*$
We propose a new formulation of the D=11 supermembrane theory that involves commuting spinors (twistor--like variables) and exhibits a manifest $n$--extended world volume supersymmetry $(1\leq n\leq 8)$.

T-duality and world-sheet supersymmetry [PDF]
Four-dimensional string backgrounds with local realizations of N = 4 world-sheet supersymmetry have, in the presence of a rotational Killing symmetry, only one complex structure which is an SO(2) singlet, while the other two form an SO(2) doublet ...

Foundations of Ghost Stability
Abstract The authors present a new method to analytically prove global stability in ghost‐ridden dynamical systems. The proposal encompasses all prior results and consequentially extends them. In particular, it is shown that stability can follow from a conserved quantity that is unbounded from below, contrary to expectation.

Supercurrents in extended supersymmetry
Abstract Using the generalization of Noether's theorem to superspace, spinor superfields in extended superspace are derived that satisfy generalized conservation equations. These spinor superfields are superspace moments involving the superconformal parameters of vector indexed supercurrents as in the unextended case. The vector indexed supercurrents

All partial breakings in N=2 $$ \mathcal{N}=2 $$ supergravity with a single hypermultiplet
We consider partial supersymmetry breaking in N=2 $$ \mathcal{N}=2 $$ supergravity coupled to a single vector and a single hypermultiplet. This breaking pattern is in principle possible if the quaternion-Kähler space of the hypermultiplet admits (at ...

Split extended supersymmetry from intersecting branes
We study string realizations of split extended supersymmetry, recently proposed in hep-ph/0507192. Supersymmetry is broken by small ($\epsilon $) deformations of intersection angles of $D$-branes giving tree-level masses of order $m_0^2\sim \epsilon M_s ...

Extended supersymmetry of semichiral sigma model in 4D [PDF]
Briefly: Using a novel $(1,1)$ superspace formulation of semichiral sigma models with $4D$ target space, we investigate if an extended supersymmetry in terms of semichirals is compatible with having a $4D$ target space with torsion.

A Note on the Local Observability of Uniform Hypergraphs
ABSTRACT Hypergraphs generalize graphs in such a way that edges may connect any number of nodes. If all edges are adjacent to the same number of nodes, the hypergraph is called uniform. Thus, a graph is a 2‐uniform hypergraph. Each uniform hypergraph can be identified with an autonomous dynamical state‐space system, whose vector field is composed of ...

Superspace evaluation of the two-loop effective potential for the O'Raifeartaigh model
All-order spurion-corrected superpropagators and superfield Feynman rules are employed to systematically compute a two-loop corrected effective potential for the O'Raifeartaigh model, that realizes spontaneous supersymmetry breaking.

Double Copy From Tensor Products of Metric BV■‐Algebras
Abstract Field theories with kinematic Lie algebras, such as field theories featuring color–kinematics duality, possess an underlying algebraic structure known as BV■‐algebra. If, additionally, matter fields are present, this structure is supplemented by a module for the BV■‐algebra.
