Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization
Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective
Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.Tim J. Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Background
Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare, autoimmune disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness and potential life‐threatening crises. While continuous specialized care is essential, access barriers often delay timely interventions. To address this, we developed MyaLink, a telemedical platform for MG patients.Maike Stein, Maximilian Mönch, Meret Herdick, Frauke Stascheit, Sarah Hoffmann, Hannah Preßler, Philipp Mergenthaler, Carla Dusemund, Paolo Doksani, Haoqi Sun, Pushpa Narayanaswami, Andreas Meisel, Lea Gerischer, Sophie Lehnerer +13 morewiley +1 more sourcePatterns of Postictal Abnormalities in Relation to Status Epilepticus in Adults
Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective
Abnormalities on peri‐ictal diffusion‐weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI‐PMAs) are well‐established for patients with status epilepticus (SE), but knowledge on patterns of DWI‐PMAs and their prognostic impact is sparse. Methods

Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective
Kappa free light chains (KFLCs) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have a similar performance to CSF‐restricted oligoclonal bands (OCB) for multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. To help with implementation, we set out to resolve several remaining uncertainties: (1) performance in a real‐world cohort and the 2024 McDonald criteria; (2 ...Maya M. Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objectives
T‐cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T‐LGLL), reported in up to 58% of inclusion body myositis (IBM) patients, is a rare leukemia of cytotoxic or less commonly helper T cells. The range of myopathies in T‐LGLL and the impact of coexisting T‐LGLL in IBM are not well understood.
