Closed‐Loop Recyclable Solid Polymer Electrolytes via Dynamic Lipoate Cross‐Linking

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
A visible‐light‐driven, closed‐loop recyclable solid polymer electrolyte is built from a bio‐derived lipoate cross‐linker, poly(ethylene glycol) bis(lipoate) (PEG‐LP2), synthesized from α‐lipoic acid. Dynamic disulfide exchange enables efficient DBU‐catalyzed depolymerization and photo‐repolymerization, regenerating membranes that retain high ionic ...

Multipathway modulation of neuroinflammation and oxidative stress by hesperidin in a rat single prolonged stress model of post‐traumatic stress disorder

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.
Single prolonged stress (SPS) induces post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)‐like neuropathology characterized by oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, astrocytic reactivity, neuronal damage, and reduced neurotrophic support in the hippocampus, amygdala, and prefrontal cortex. Hesperidin counteracts these effects by attenuating lipid peroxidation and pro‐

Uncovering Aggregation‐Induced Emission in Carbon Dots for Color‐Changing Hydrogels and Information Encryption

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Red‐emissive carbon dots (R‐CDs) exhibiting aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) and aggregation‐caused quenching (ACQ) effects are synthesized from citric acid and urea. They display weak blue fluorescence in water but strong red emission in DMF due to aggregation.
