Granulocyte and Monocyte Adsorption Therapy in Patients With Sepsis: A Feasibility Study

open access: yesArtificial Organs, Volume 49, Issue 5, Page 852-863, May 2025.
The median SOFA score decreased from 10 to 4 after 7 days. Decreased circulatory and renal SOFA scores were characteristic. Granulocytes, mainly neutrophils, were adsorbed, and the neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio significantly improved. The median APACHE II score was 27, and the 28‐day mortality rate was 7.8%.
