, 2016 乳房外Paget病（extramammary Paget’s disease；EPD）のうち基底膜が破壊され結合組織への浸潤を認めたものを浸潤性EPDといい、稀な疾患である。今回我々は、不正性器出血と陰部掻痒感にて受診した60歳女性に対して、組織学的所見より浸潤性EPDと診断し、手術を施行した。術後病理検査にてmargin positiveであったため外陰部拡大切除とリンパ節切除を後日施行し、切除切片に病変や脈管浸潤を認めず現在も経過観察中である。journal ...
