Orbital Lymphatic Malformations Are Associated With Intracranial Vascular Anomalies

In this retrospective series, all seven patients with orbital lymphatic malformations had intracranial vascular anomalies consistent with cerebrofacial venous metameric syndrome and hotspot PIK3CA variants identified through tissue‐based sequencing. Five patients treated with alpelisib experienced symptom improvement within 6 months.

Contralateral anaesthesia following peribulbar block- Unveiling a rare ocular complication

Functional Dissociation Between Cervical VEMP and Posterior Canal vHIT in 1770 Unselected Ears

Cervical VEMP and posterior canal vHIT are conventionally treated as measures of a single inferior vestibular unit. In 1770 unselected ears from a diagnosis‐agnostic registry, the two tests disagreed in 72.7% of ears abnormal on at least one test, with chance‐corrected agreement near zero (κ = 0.097) and unchanged across age strata.
