Long‐Term Neurologic Exam Findings in People Diagnosed and Treated During Acute HIV Infection
ABSTRACT Objective Evaluate clinical and laboratory correlates of abnormal neurologic exam findings after acute HIV infection (AHI). Methods Participants from the RV254/SEARCH 010 cohort in Bangkok underwent standardized neurologic examinations at Weeks 0 (AHI), 12, 96, and 288 following antiretroviral therapy (ART).

Integral boundary value problems for second-order causal differential equations
This paper is concerned with second-order causal differential equations with Riemann–Stieltjes integral boundary conditions. To obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of extremal solutions for such problems, a novel comparison principle is first ...

The extremal solution for the fractional Laplacian
We study the extremal solution for the problem (-¿)su=¿f(u) in O , u=0 in Rn\O , where ¿>0 is a parameter and s¿(0,1) . We extend some well known results for the extremal solution when the operator is the Laplacian to this nonlocal case.

Microstates of non-extremal black holes: a new hope
We provide a new roadmap for constructing microstates of non-extremal black holes in supergravity. First, we review the non-linear sigma model of five-dimensional supergravity governing stationary solutions with a U(1) isometry and present the first ...

Predictive Value of Composite Inflammatory Markers for Stroke Prognosis: A Prospective Cohort Study
ABSTRACT Background Novel composite inflammatory markers' role in stroke prognosis is understudied, and the best predictor is unclear, requiring further exploration. Objectives This study aimed to systematically evaluate the associations of 6 novel composite inflammatory markers on stroke prognosis.

Deep Learning Pose Estimation for Phenotyping of Co‐Occurring Hyperkinetic Movement Disorders
ABSTRACT Objective To explore whether routine outpatient video combined with deep learning‐based pose estimation and clinically interpretable kinematic features can support multi‐label phenotyping of co‐occurring hyperkinetic movement disorders (HMDs).

Monodromy-matrix description of extremal multi-centered black holes
We study solution-generating techniques based on the Breitenlohner-Maison linear system for extremal, stationary biaxisymmetric black hole solutions in five-dimensional U (1)3 supergravity.
