As is well known, the extreme points and strongly extreme points play important roles in Banach spaces. In this paper, the criterion for strongly extreme points in Orlicz spaces equipped with s-norm is given.

EXTREME POINTS AND STRICT CONVEXITY
The authors recall the definitions of a 2-normal linear space and an extreme point on its ``unit cylinder'' (an analogue of the unit ball in a n.l.s.), then prove several characterizations of extreme points and show that a 2-normal space is ``strictly convex'' (according to an analogous definition of strict convexity) if and only if every point on the ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Extreme points, strongly extreme points and exposed points in Orlicz--Lorentz spaces
In this paper, we investigate the extremal structure of the unit ball in the most general classes of Orlicz--Lorentz spaces. the characterizations of extreme points, strongly extreme points, and exposed points are given for Orlicz--Lorentz function spaces $Λ_{φ,ω}$ generated by an arbitrary Orlicz function $φ$ and a non--increasing weight function $ω$,

Use of Symptomatic Drug Treatment for Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis and Patterns of Work Loss
ABSTRACT Objective To describe the use of central stimulants and amantadine for fatigue in MS and evaluate a potential association with reduced work loss in people with MS. Methods We conducted a nationwide, matched, register‐based cohort study in Sweden (2006 to 2023) using national registers with prospective data collection.

Pointwise Compactness on Extreme Points [PDF]
In [1] it is proved that a bounded subset of a Banach space is relatively weakly compact if it is relatively countably compact relative to the topology of pointwise convergence on the extreme points of the closed unit ball of the dual space. In this note we prove that it is a simple consequence of the Choquet integral representation theorem [2] and the

ABSTRACT Objective The Gold Coast criteria permit diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) even without upper motor neuron (UMN) signs. However, whether ALS patients with UMN signs (ALSwUMN) and those without (ALSwoUMN) share similar characteristics and prognoses remains unclear.

A 73‐Year‐Old Man With Several Years of Difficulty Climbing Stairs and Frequent Tripping
ABSTRACT A 73‐year‐old man presented with progressive weakness and atrophy predominantly affecting the distal finger flexors and quadriceps muscles. Electrophysiological studies demonstrated mixed myogenic and neurogenic features. Muscle MRI showed inflammatory changes, and muscle biopsy revealed granulomatous myositis with histologic features ...

Some applications of generalized Ruscheweyh derivatives involving a general fractional derivative operator to a class of analytic functions with negative coefficients I [PDF]
For certain univalent function f, we study a class of functions f as defined by making use of the generalized Ruscheweyh derivatives involving a general fractional derivative operator, satisfying Re { (zJ1λ, μ f(z))')/((1 -γ) J1λ, μ f(z) + γ z2(J1λ, μ f ...
