Widely tunable extreme ultraviolet frequency comb generation
Frequency comb lasers [1] have led to great advances in fields such as precision spectroscopy, optical atomic clocks, and attosecond science. We transfer the remarkable precision of frequency combs to extreme ultraviolet (XUV) wavelengths by parametric ...

Abstract The F10.7 solar radio flux density, or F10.7, is a disk‐integrated measure of the Sun's total emission at 10.7 cm (2.8 GHz) and is a widely‐used proxy of solar activity. F10.7 emissions primarily originate from the Sun's upper chromosphere and lower corona. High‐frequency, transient “radio bursts” can dramatically increase the magnitude of F10.

A Solar Analog Model for Decrease in Far Ultraviolet Irradiance Under a Grand Minimum
Abstract Solar analog field stars having a range of magnetic activity can provide an estimate of solar spectral irradiance (SSI) variability relevant to understanding the Sun's influence on terrestrial climate. This approach is particularly useful for far ultraviolet (FUV) irradiance that cannot be observed from the Earth surface.

The Daily Atmospheric Ionospheric Limb Imager (DAILI) CubeSat Experiment
Abstract The Daily Atmospheric Ionospheric Limb Imager (DAILI) (Daily Atmospheric and Ionospheric Limb Imager) mission utilized a 6U CubeSat, deployed at about 410 km altitude in a 51‐degree orbit, to make simultaneous daytime limb measurements in two colors; at 630 nm to measure the OI (630 nm) redline and at 765 nm to measure the O2 ${\mathrm{O}}_{2}$

Are Coronal Loops Projection Effects?
We report results of an in-depth numerical investigation of three-dimensional projection effects that could influence the observed loop-like structures in an optically thin solar corona.

Global Circulation of Martian Ionospheric Currents Revealed by Magnetometer Data
Abstract In the dynamo region of the Martian ionosphere, a large‐scale current is generated by charge separation: ions collide with neutrals while electrons preferentially gyrate around local magnetic field lines. Using MAVEN magnetometer data and a physics‐informed neural network constrained by Ampère's law and Gauss's law for magnetism (the Neural ...

Abstract Accurate short‐term forecasting of thermospheric mass density is crucial for satellite operations. However, achieving high‐precision predictions remains a significant challenge. In this study, we develop an iTransformer framework that forecasts thermospheric density over the next 24 hr using observations from the preceding 24 hr. Using density
