Intrinsically Mitochondria‐Targeting Nanozyme via Coordination‐Assembly of Natural Quercetin for Cascade Antioxidant Therapy of Cerebral Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

This study uncovers that quercetin naturally targets mitochondria. By coordinating quercetin with Fe3+, we engineer an ultrasmall cascade nanozyme (MCN) with superoxide dismutase‐catalase activities. Stiffness‐Activated Stellate Cells Drive Pancreatic Cancer Liver Colonization via GMFG‐TNS4 Signaling

Fibrotic liver stiffness activates hepatic stellate cells through Piezo1‐dependent calcium influx and ER stress, promoting EV‐associated GMFG release. Delivered GMFG engages TNS4 in pancreatic cancer cells, triggering FAK/AKT signaling, adhesion, and fatty acid synthesis.
