Mortality in an invasive ant does not scale linearly with fipronil exposure

Increasing fipronil concentration did not linearly increase yellow crazy ant mortality when introduced via horizontal transfer; high doses may limit food sharing. Laboratory, simulated‐use, and field evaluation of non‐insecticidal consumer products for indoor pest management: a freeze‐spray aerosol, light traps, and an ‘insect repellent’ lamp

Control efficacy of three types of non‐insecticidal consumer products were examined in laboratory, simulated‐use, and field conditions. Freeze spray and ‘repellent lamp’ showed limited efficacy, whereas various results in attraction in light trap were reported.
