Metastatic eyelid disease associated with hepatocellular carcinoma
Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology, 2007The eyelid is an unusual site for metastasis. We report a case of hepatocellular carcinoma in which eyelid lesions were the presenting sign of metastatic disease. This 76-year-old female patient presented with a recent history of a chalazion of her right upper and lower eyelids.
