Energy and Planarity in Boron‐Nitrogen Fulvene Isomers: A Quantum‐Chemical and QSPR Study
Electronic structure quantum‐chemical computations and Quantitative Structure–Property Relationships (QSPR) regression and classification models are used as complementary tools for classifying unknown boron‐nitrogen fulvene isomers with respect to energy order and planarity.

ABSTRACT Toxicological assessment is essential in NP approval for health and medical applications. Although 2D cell culture has been widely used, 3D models, especially spheroids, provide better predictive value for toxicological risk assessments since they replicate complex cellular interactions more accurately.

Nariai-like black holes in light of scale-dependent gravity
In this work, we investigate for the first time Nariai-like black hole solutions in four dimensional space time with spherical symmetry in the context of scale-dependent gravity.

Radiobiology studies of gold nanoparticle‐enhanced radiosensitization in proton therapy
Abstract Background Approximately 50%$\%$ of newly diagnosed cancer patients worldwide receive radiotherapy, most commonly with X‐rays. Proton therapy has emerged as a promising alternative, offering complementary advantages over conventional X‐rays due to its highly localized energy deposition at the Bragg peak, thereby reducing radiation exposure to ...

Bidiagonal Decompositions and High‐Accuracy Computations for Newton Collocation Matrices
ABSTRACT We consider a class of collocation matrices A$$ A $$ associated with the Newton basis of the space of polynomials of degree at most n$$ n $$, evaluated at a set of l+1≥n+1$$ l+1\ge n+1 $$ nodes. In the most general setting, we allow n$$ n $$ of these nodes to either coincide with or differ from those defining the Newton basis.

The response of three of the most used commercial polymers (poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and polypropylene (PP)) under irradiation with high repetition rate (1 kHz–1 MHz) femtosecond (450 fs) multi-pulse (N = 10–1500 ...

Temperature‐dependent single‐crystal X‐ray, powder X‐ray and neutron diffraction measurements reveal the thermal expansion behavior of FeWO4 from 2 to 1123 K. Significant differences between natural ferberite and a FeWO4:Fe2WO6 composite highlight the influence of multiphase and microstructural effects on derived thermoelastic parameters. The thermal ...

Calculation of the Structure of a Shrub in the Mandelbrot Set
We calculate the external arguments of the structure of any shrub in the Mandelbrot set. Before calculating, we revise, expand, and clarify some tools useful for this paper: harmonics, pseudoharmonics, the concept of structure, the structure of a shrub ...

Outstanding Transmittance through Over-Wavelength-Thick Optical Plasmonic Microcavities [PDF]
This work models light transmission through metal-dielectric-metal microcavities supporting Coupled Surface Plasmons (CSP). An extended Fabry-Pérot formula reveals two plasmonic resonances that merge beyond a critical cavity thickness.
