Urethral injury during vaginal delivery: Incidence, management and long‐term outcomes
Abstract Objective This study examines the incidence, obstetric risk factors, surgical management, and long‐term outcomes of obstetric‐associated urethral injuries during vaginal deliveries. Methods A retrospective case series was conducted at a single, tertiary university‐affiliated medical center between January 2018 and December 2023.

Abstract Objective Endometriosis is associated with neuropathic pain in approximately 40% of cases. Involvement of the sciatic nerve or sacral plexus represents one of the most frequently reported neuropathic pain presentations in endometriosis, for which no specific management guidelines currently exist.

The authors report two cases of cholecistogastric fistula, both in female patients. These patients presented abdominal pain and dispeptic hipostenic syndrome, being diagnosed as calculous cholecistopathy.

Klippel‐Trénaunay‐Weber Syndrome: Prenatal Diagnosis and Review of the Literature
This meta‐analysis demonstrates the high diagnostic accuracy of SZ‐CEUS for differentiating between malignant and benign focal liver lesions, as well as for HCC from non‐HCC lesions. The study shows better performance for smaller lesions and those with a higher proportion of malignancy.

Intestinal ultrasound and contrast‐enhanced ultrasound were used to diagnose, monitor, and guide conservative treatment of complicated acute appendicitis in two patients with Crohn's disease. Serial imaging enabled early identification of treatment response, allowing long‐term surgery‐free outcomes.
