Successful treatment of enterocutaneous fistula in a premature newborn by using octreotide

Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T‐cell lymphoma (MEITL) rarely presents with gastrointestinal fistula formation. A rare case of MEITL is identified in an elderly woman with marked weight loss and hypoalbuminemia, in whom a jejunocolic fistula is directly visualized endoscopically.
